Xtreme Performance (XP) Volleyball Club training standards will be of the utmost importance for both our athletes and our coaching staff. In order for our athletes to flourish and grow every year, our coaching staff will all be training the same exact way. This philosophy is known as a “standard operating procedure”. This means XP has a Master Coach who dictates the training regime for XP athletes as well as the Level Coaches. When your athlete is offered a spot at XP, they not only will be undergoing extensive training, but they all will also be getting trained the same way. In other words, it does not matter what team they’re on, what court they’re on or who they have as a coach, your athlete will be trained at the highest standard possible.
The culture that is created through this philosophy is one of a kind. Your athlete will be receiving more contact reps, more time on task, less down time and more skills through this culture. Not only does a standard of excellence allow for great skill development, but it also teaches life long lessons through the sport of volleyball. As your athlete goes year by year through XP, they will have instilled in them values such as family, discipline, dedication, respect and work ethic. Boys Volleyball Programs at Velocity run by Forza South Club
We provide an opportunity for all players, at all levels, to develop an appreciation and understanding of the sport of volleyball. We strive to provide a positive atmosphere that encourages players to expand their skill and level of play through dedication, teamwork, commitment and sportsmanship in a competitive environment.
Master Coaching system - A disciplined and demanding approach to teaching and training the necessary skills required to reach your full volleyball potential for the serious committed player. The FORZA Boys South program is designed to focus on teaching proper technique and developing individual skills that can transcend into a fast-paced competitive game environment. All practices will include individual skills, team strategies, strength & conditioning and position training at an accelerated pace. Experience shows that mastering the games fundamentals and utilizing game situation drills is the best way to improve your overall skills and competitive performance.
Practice: 2-3 time per week, 2-3 hrs. per practice. Tournaments approx. 18-25.
FORZA Boys SURGE PROGRAM - Surge program is designed for the newer or multi-sport player who cannot commit to a full season. Players are trained with a competitive edge to achieve their highest level of play and enjoyment of the game. The program is led by a Master Coaching system.
